Bellevue Apartments is a new five story apartment building near downtown Bellevue. It has 32 units total and replaced a former community pool. Increasing the density of the existing apartment complex was top priority, as well as adding new community spaces including an interior workout room, leasing office, playground and roof top patio. The existing apartment buildings were also refreshed with new siding, paint and decks/railings to match the new building. Construction was completed in 2019.
